Come celebrate the winter season in camaraderie with fellow shire folk at Corvaria's annual Eat, Drink and Be Merry. This year's event will be held at Suntree Village. The theme for the event is to be Arabian Nights/Gypsy Fantasia. If you have Indian/Gypsy/Arabian decor (IE: Indian saris, tapestries, brass lamps/candlesticks) please bring them to enhance the ambiance. If you have bellydance CDs or medieval music CDs- please bring them. As usual, this event will culminate in a sumptuous potluck feast. At last shire meeting, Myfanwy offered to bring a turkey...Duana is contemplating Greek potatoes and some sort of soup/stew. Feast offerings need not be period foods- but will be much appreciated!We hope to have an area set aside for bardic endeavors- tales woven, songs sung, music danced. The site has two free-standing fireplaces on either end of the hall. The kitchen has a full complement of kitchen appliances- stove, refrigerator, microwave. The large 'coffee' pots will make an appearance. (thank you Jaelle!)

Where: 1001 NE 15th, Bend We will fly our banner! Between Wilson and Reed Market Rd. on 15th St.- If coming from Reed Market Rd. Take the first entrance into SunTree Village- go up the rise past the office- the Community Center is at the top of the rise on your left. Banners will be flying!If coming from Greenwood/Hwy 20- take the second SunTree Village entrance and follow the rest of the directions.
