Summits Archery Tournament

The shire of Corvaria cordially invites you to attend our annual Harvest Tourney and bids the populace of the Summits to come witness the challenge for Archery Champion. The event will be held at a new beautiful site: Petersen Rock Garden just north of Bend.

Friday 8/15/08

        12:00PM Site opens to Corvarians

        3:00PM Gate Opens

        5:00PM Stone soup starts cooking

        7:30PM Quiet Bardic, getting reacquainted evening

Saturday 8/16/08

        9:00AM Lists open for all tournaments- Corvaria's and Summits Archery

        9:30AM Arts and Science entrants set-up/ Bardic entrants enter the list?

        10:00AM Youth Archery Competition

        11:00AM Opening Court of HAH Gustav/ Invocation of the Lists

        11:30AM Adult Archery Competition- in conjunction w/ Summits Archery Competition

        12:30PM Bardic Championship

        1PM Glass Beadwork class with Viscountess Stephanie of the Sanguine Rose

        3:00 Belly dancing/Drumming Class 1Hr with Rasha and Mira!

        3:00PM Fund-Raiser for Grimarr Orvond- Summits Archery Community

        4:00 Main Corvarian Armored Tourney

        6:00PM Court TBD by TAH

        7:00PM Potluck Feast/ Bardic champion performs winning entrance

        8:30PM Torchlight archery / Bardic at the stone fireplace, bellydancing, drumming...

        10:00PM noise curfew

* There will be games for young and old alike beneath the aged lilac, near the second stone fireplace all day*
** I hope to have belly dancing and drummers throughout the day :)**
***I also have offers of classes in Viking wire weaving and card weaving- these will be woven into the available spaces in the day***
