e. New gate popup, budget of $200 approved (Lowe’s recommended by Duana or Sigridr’s—has it been repaired?)

g. Recognize that we were had done too much by the time we came to June’s scheduled social

b. Budget request for more arrows. We lose/break arrows every season.

a. Our site is still functionally pretty much the same as it was when I took the office: a little broken, but still functional. I believe that we are still on Levi Ben Daniel’s transfer and upgrade list, but that he’s been busy with the Kingdom site. Our shire did two demos in May and took busy June off from the local meetup, so I really haven’t had to do much aside from post the July business meeting when it was chosen, to the usual Discord, Facebook, and official Website. Oh, and the same with the shift in the Archery Practice Schedule. I’m uncertain about Harvest Tourney happening this year.
Chatelaine—Nonne (exp 6/19/2027)
Old Business: Don’t need to be discussed currently, just placeholder to not forget
a. Customaries (Temperance is working on them)
b. Gold Key can become a project day focus
c. Regalia review (Tabled until customaries are reviewed)
d. June 2024 meeting $100 approved for sign supplies. Approximate $60 still remains for updating/new signs.
e. Duana original Corvarian baldrics. Should we create a reliquary for important historical artifacts? This can be tabled and discussed with Regalia review.
f. Also want to create tablecloth for gate. This can be a focus of some future project day.
g. Discussion of next year’s Yule (2025) being open to the public Masquerade themed.
h. Diego is working on putting together a demo trailer with loaner armor. Wants to travel to promote fighting at college, in Madras, etc.
i. Diego is organizing artisans and Laurels to travel down to teach. Will work on confirming schedules.
j. Diego and Temperance will try to connect with the college. The metal working teacher seems interested in helping. Nonne said she’d like to be included in this effort and will help as her schedule permits.
k. Diego and Tryggr will reach out to the CO metal smithing guild & leather working guild.
l. Regalia review/repair may be a future project day focus. What to do with the Defender’s shield, the flagpole, etc. Do we want to donate the quiver that is Corvarian to the Principality?
